Direct Hire

This is a process in which no third party is involved in hiring the employees. These are the most desirable kinds of jobs as it means the employee will work permanently with the company benefits.

This structure is very different from Temporary or contract positions in which a third party staffing agency supplies the employees .These jobs are with a secure position and give a better opportunity to the career.

Other types of positions include temporary hiring, contract-to-hire, contract hiring and part-time hiring, all of which do not include a full-time or permanent job.

The Companies which directly hire  candidates will often put more investment into these employees than employees who are working on a temporary or part-time basis.

Companies directly hire for positions for several reasons like to find the candidates for management-level jobs or to elicit more loyalty from permanent employees, also to find higher-quality talent to fill positions and To remove the middleman ( hiring companies) and simplify the process.
